i appreciated the helpfulness of snehl at reception. sojun also assisted me kindly during breakfast. the location is good (next to a shopping mall). uber and taxis are easily accessible (a great convenience).
my room was supposed to have a falcon's eye view, but it didn't have a window. i just saw a wall, disappointing. the receptionist said a high floor with a view was subject to request and availability. it was like they gave away the room i was promised.

the staff was very helpful. they arranged an upgrade for me and provided a birthday treat. the hotel looked fine. the rooms were cleaned twice a day. the guest service was on point and always sparkling clean.
the shower water did not spray correctly. it showered all over the place. i felt an electrical current in the lamp next to the bed. the restaurant music played loudly at night. this occurred especially between 10:00 and 12:00 p.m.

i spent four nights here and everything was perfect. the room was spacious and clean. it included a separate shower and a bathtub with a fine view (i could see the skyline!). the staff was helpful and friendly from check-in to check-out.

The room was very nice, clean, and spacious! It also included rose flower petals on the bed as a welcome gesture! The staff cleaned the room daily, which I appreciated. Breakfast service was very good. Kunulu arranged Karak Chai. She had excellent customer service.

My stay wasn't flawless. I found a couple of things less than thrilling. For one, the lighting controls seemed like a cruel joke, requiring multiple attempts to turn off a lamp. It seemed like battling a mischievous poltergeist every night. also, the shower experience left much to be desired. The water spray pattern was erratic, sending water in every direction except where it should be, watery chaos each morning.

The room was upgraded, exceeding expectations. The team provided support. I could view both the Pearl and the city from the 19th floor. The location allowed for convenient runs to Katara.
The check-in process was slower than expected. I had to wait a short while. This delay was an inconvenience after a long day.
